Shipping Policy

Moonwood Atelier currently ships from the United States.

Order Timeline

Each piece is prepared with care after your order is placed. From order processing and production preparation to final delivery, most orders arrive within approximately 10 to 15 days. Timing may vary slightly during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

U.S. Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is $8. Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $100. Express shipping is available for $15 where supported at checkout.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.

Incorrect Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Moonwood Atelier is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
