Return Policy

We want you to feel calm and confident with your Moonwood Atelier piece. If your order is not quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, fragrance, lotion, or alteration.

Natural Materials

Natural crystals, freshwater pearls, and wood elements may vary in color, shape, luster, pattern, and texture. These natural variations are not considered defects.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide next steps if the item is eligible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help make it right.
