How long does shipping take?

Each Moonwood Atelier piece is prepared with care after your order is placed. From order processing and production preparation to final delivery, most orders arrive within approximately 10 to 15 days. Timing may vary slightly during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Are the pearls and stones natural?

Yes. Moonwood Atelier uses natural crystals and freshwater pearls. Subtle differences in color, shape, luster, markings, and texture are expected and make each piece quietly unique.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions, harsh chemicals, and prolonged direct sunlight. Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box, and gently wipe it with a dry soft cloth after wear.

Can I return my order?

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please review our Return Policy for full details.

Is the packaging gift ready?

Our pieces are prepared with thoughtful, minimal packaging suitable for gifting. If your order is a gift, you may leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to prepare it with care.

Do crystals have healing properties?

Many customers choose crystals for their symbolism, beauty, and personal meaning. Moonwood Atelier does not make medical or therapeutic claims. Our pieces are designed to support everyday calm through beauty, intention, and ritual.
